Lex and Kate will join us to discuss the changes made by the FSA to the code of practices so join us for an informative session on the implications of the latest mandatory Code of Practice.
This session is especially relevant for organizations working with Communications Data. The mandatory Code of Practice, effective from October 2023, sets quality standard requirements for Forensic Science Activities (FSAs) related to crime investigation and the criminal justice system in England and Wales. Even if you're not aware that you're conducting forensic science, if you acquire communications data and use cell site analysis for geolocation, your activities are included within the code. It's important to act now, as organizations have until 2025 to become compliant with the new code.
