Digital transformation has been non-negotiable for the UK public sector’s response to COVID-19 – after all, how do you deliver services in the hearts of communities while maintaining your distance?

In this presentation delivered at the [Government ICT Virtual Summit](https://government-ict.co.uk/) in January 2021, Jamie Davies of [Egress Software Technologies](https://www.egress.com/) looks at case studies of digital transformation that have enabled effective collaboration during the pandemic. Watch the session to:

- Hear stories from public sector organisations that have implemented technology to securely and effectively share information across the public and private sectors
- Understand the technological innovations that 2020 has catalysed – and what they mean for the future of public sector service delivery
